Who I am

Hi, I’m Calli Fresh

I’m a wife, dog mom to two lovable pups, and (hopefully soon!) a mom to a few little ones of my own. I love spending time outdoors, getting creative in the kitchen, and nurturing my many, many plants—yes, I proudly wear the title of “plant lady.” I’m also passionate about herbalism and natural living, always learning more about how plants, the seasons, and living in sync with the Earth can support our health and well-being.

Yoga is another love of mine—it’s where I connect mind and body, honor the wisdom of the body, and find space to breathe and reset. I’ve seen how powerful yoga can be not only in supporting the body through pregnancy, but also in nurturing mental and emotional well-being.

Being a doula showed me the magic of holding space for women during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I’m deeply passionate about supporting mental health, helping women feel seen, empowered, and cared for during one of the most transformative times of life. I believe the postpartum period is just as important as labor, and I’m here to guide, nurture, and support you through it with compassion, tools, and care that honor both your body and mind.
