Who I am
There is something deeply sacred about creating space—for rest, for healing, for connection, and for simply being.
I feel most at home beneath the trees, with my hands in the soil, wandering through the mountains, or creating something beautiful. Nature has always been my greatest teacher, reminding me to slow down, trust the seasons, and find beauty in both growth and transformation. That same connection to the natural world guides the way I care for others.
Art has become one of my favorite forms of healing. Whether I'm painting, creating affirmation cards, upcycling forgotten treasures, or making with my hands, creativity has been an essential part of my own mental health journey. I believe creating gives us permission to process, express, and reconnect with ourselves in ways words sometimes can't. It is one of the many reasons I am so passionate about advocating for mental health and supporting others through life's many transitions.
My heart is happiest when I'm holding space for others. Whether I'm supporting families through pregnancy and birth as a doula, guiding yoga, co-hosting ceremonies and sound baths, or simply sitting beside someone exactly as they are, my intention is always the same—to offer a grounded, compassionate space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to trust their own inner wisdom.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my wonderful husband and our two pups, tending to my ever-growing collection of plants, learning more about herbalism, foraging for seasonal treasures, experimenting in the kitchen, or dreaming up my next creative project.
My hope is that The Intuitive Hearth feels like just that—a hearth. A place to gather, breathe, create, reconnect with yourself, and remember that everything you need has been within you all along.
