Birth asks us to soften into the unknown, to listen inward, and to discover a strength that was there all along.
Birth Support
Birth is a journey into the unknown—a time of immense change, tenderness, strength, and becoming. It deserves to be met with care, compassion, and support that honors you as a whole person.
As your doula, I’m here to create space for you to feel heard, informed, and empowered as you prepare to welcome your little one. Together, we’ll explore the physical, emotional, and practical sides of birth, making room for your questions, your hopes, and even the uncertainties that may arise along the way.
My approach is rooted in connection, gentle preparation, and trust in your own inner wisdom. Whether we’re practicing breathwork, exploring labor positions, talking through your birth preferences, or simply making space for your feelings, my hope is that you feel more grounded and confident with each step.

Our Prenatal Sessions
Your prenatal sessions are a space to slow down, prepare, ask questions, and get to know one another. Across 3–4 personalized sessions, we’ll explore the parts of birth that feel most important to you and your family. We may talk through the stages of labor, comfort measures, birth preferences, informed decision-making, postpartum preparation, or anything else that is on your heart.
These sessions are not about creating a perfect plan for birth. They’re about building a foundation of knowledge, trust, and confidence so you and your birth partner can feel more grounded as you move toward meeting your baby.
Preparing Your Birth Partner
Your birth partner deserves to feel prepared, too. Birth can be an emotional experience for everyone involved, and having practical tools can help your partner feel more confident in knowing how to support you.
Together, we’ll practice comfort measures, counter-pressure, supportive touch, positioning, breathwork, and other hands-on techniques your partner can use during labor. We’ll also talk about communication, advocacy, and ways they can help create a calm and supportive environment while remembering that you remain at the center of your birth experience.
When Labor Begins
Beginning at 38 weeks, I’ll be on call and available to support you as your labor begins to unfold. We’ll stay connected as things progress and talk through what you’re experiencing, helping you feel grounded and supported through the early stages.
When it’s time for in-person support, I’ll join you and your birth partner to provide continuous physical and emotional support. Whether that means movement, breathwork, counter-pressure, reassurance, quiet companionship, or simply having someone steady beside you, I’ll meet you where you are and follow your needs as labor unfolds.
My Role in Your Birth Space
I don’t come into your birth with a script for how it should happen. Every birth, every body, and every family is different.
My role is to support you—to offer comfort, encouragement, information, and a grounded presence while honoring your choices and your unique experience. I’ll help you connect with your own tools and intuition while supporting communication between you, your partner, and your care team.
Birth belongs to you. I’m simply there to walk beside you through it.
Birth Preferences & Informed Choice
Creating a birth plan isn’t about controlling every detail of your birth. It’s about learning your options, understanding what matters most to you, and finding ways to communicate those preferences with the people supporting you.
Together, we’ll explore your hopes and priorities and create a birth preferences document that reflects your values. We’ll also talk about staying flexible when things don’t unfold exactly as imagined, so you can feel prepared to ask questions, consider your options, and make informed choices along the way.
After Baby Arrives
The support doesn’t end when your baby is born. Once you’ve had some time to settle in, we’ll reconnect for a postpartum visit to check in on you, your baby, and your transition into this new chapter.
This is a space to talk about your birth experience, celebrate what you’ve moved through, ask questions, and simply be cared for for a little while. Whether your birth unfolded exactly as you hoped or took an entirely different path, there is room to process, reflect, and honor your experience.
Above all, my goal is to offer a steady presence and a safe space where you can feel seen, supported, informed, and empowered as you move through one of life’s biggest transitions.
