My Rooted Rhythm
I am a nature based educator who is a strong advocate for mental health. Yoga has been a big part of my own journey in my health and mental wellbeing.
My purpose is to bring expectant mothers and families relaxation and labor preparation through play, community and empowerment. I am most passionate about empowering others to follow their own intuition and inner guide through mind and body connection- leading to their self connection in their birth space.

This package is for those looking for some at home support after the birth of their baby. There is the option of overnight care or daytime help. Either way am here to support you where you feel you need it most! This is an hourly rate.

Private prenatal yoga session with guided meditation to help alleviate aches and discomfort or simply relax before your baby arrives. Some research shows that moms who practice prenatal yoga may have calmer, less fussy babies!

This is a gentle space for prenatal yoga and postpartum care, held to support you through pregnancy, birth, and the early seasons of motherhood. Whether you are preparing to meet your baby or finding your way in the days after, you are welcome just as you are. Through breath, mindful movement, and rest, we create space to reconnect with your body in a way that feels soft, supportive, and grounded.
