Birth support

Starting at $2000 (Birth planning package included)

Birth is not something to be managed—it is a journey to be supported, witnessed, and honored. Together, we'll prepare for your birth through two prenatal visits where we'll explore your hopes, answer questions, and create a foundation of confidence and trust.

Beginning at 38 weeks, I'll be on call to support you as labor unfolds, providing continuous physical and emotional support for both you and your partner. After your baby's arrival, we'll reconnect for a postpartum visit to check in, nurture your transition, and celebrate the beginning of this new chapter together.

Let's work together to create a birth experience where you feel supported, empowered, and deeply connected every step of the way.

Postpartum Support

$35/hour Daytime | $40/hour Overnight

I’m here to make your life a little lighter, whether it’s during the day or overnight. I can step in to care for your little ones so you can shower, nap, or just take a quiet moment for yourself. I can help with errands, lend a hand with older kids, tidy up your home, or prep nourishing meals so everything feels a little more manageable. Overnight, I provide gentle, thoughtful support while you sleep—watching the baby, tidying lightly, and getting a head start on breakfast—so you wake up feeling a little more rested and restored.

This is your time to breathe, bond, and heal. I’m here to help make that possible.

Birth Planning only

Starting at $350

Birth is more than a single day—it's a journey of preparing your mind, body, and heart. Through 3–4 personalized sessions, we'll gently explore the stages of labor, comfort measures, informed decision-making, partner support, and create a birth plan that honors your values and intuition.

Together we'll also prepare for the fourth trimester with postpartum planning and newborn care, while practicing breathwork, labor positions, counter pressure, and other supportive techniques to help you and your birth partner feel grounded, connected, and ready to welcome your little one with confidence.

Lets work together in finding ways to support you through your birth experience!
