Birth is not something to be managed—it is a journey to be supported, witnessed, and honored.
This package includes two prenatal visits to prepare for your upcoming birth, explore your hopes and preferences, and answer any questions along the way. Beginning at 38 weeks, I will be on call and available as you move closer to meeting your baby.
During labor, I provide continuous physical and emotional support for both you and your partner, offering comfort, encouragement, and guidance throughout the birth experience. My role is to hold space, nurture your intuition, and help you feel supported every step of the way as you welcome your little one into the world.

Postpartum Support
$35/hour Daytime | $40/hour Overnight
I’m here to make your life a little lighter, whether it’s during the day or overnight. I can step in to care for your little ones so you can shower, nap, or just take a quiet moment for yourself. I can help with errands, lend a hand with older kids, tidy up your home, or prep nourishing meals so everything feels a little more manageable. Overnight, I provide gentle, thoughtful support while you sleep—watching the baby, tidying lightly, and getting a head start on breakfast—so you wake up feeling a little more rested and restored.
