This is a gentle, one-on-one space created to support you through pregnancy or postpartum—where you can slow down, breathe, and come back home to your body.

Each session blends nurturing, personalized yoga with guided meditation to help ease tension, soothe your nervous system, and support your body—especially your pelvic floor—as it prepares for birth or heals after.

Whether you’re preparing to welcome your baby or finding your footing in new motherhood, this time is here for you to rest, reconnect, and be held in care.

Postpartum Support

$28/hour Daytime | $30/hour Overnight

I’m here to make your life a little lighter, whether it’s during the day or overnight. I can step in to care for your little ones so you can shower, nap, or just take a quiet moment for yourself. I can help with errands, lend a hand with older kids, tidy up your home, or prep nourishing meals so everything feels a little more manageable. Overnight, I provide gentle, thoughtful support while you sleep—watching the baby, tidying lightly, and getting a head start on breakfast—so you wake up feeling a little more rested and restored.

This is your time to breathe, bond, and heal. I’m here to help make that possible.
